So after the Korea Revamp patch, It seems gunslingers get some boosts! I'm extremely happy about that! Okay, I know what you guys are wondering. Wth? Level 40 noob. Will it even affect you? - Well, considering the speed of which I am leveling, and the fact that revamp probably won't come out for awhile. I'll most likely be at Outlaw level or maybe Corsair. Now, We slingers get a new skill " Critical ". And, I love the fact we get them. But... Will we get SP resets to add points into them? Let's say I'm a level 100 Outlaw, then revamp comes out. And, the critical shot move is at 2nd job. That's just... -____- Lool. Anyways, any gunslingers have any idea what they're going to do when the revamp comes out? I DO NOT PLAN ON BUYING A SHOOTLOAD OF SP RESETS and, anyone know WHEN the revamp is actually coming out? Please&Thanks(:

He was asking, if these updates do come out in GMS (which they probably will), if we will get free SP resets, and if not, what other people are planning to do about it. That was the main thrust of his post, not the current status of the updates. I can understand that you might get tired of seeing hundreds of posts about the KMST patch, but the TS had a valid point. OT: Only Nexon knows if we're going to get SP resets if they release the patch. I'm guessing they will (since a lot of people will probably quit if they don't, offsetting any profit they might make from forcing people to buy them), but there's no way to know for sure.

I would just expect Nexon to reset ALL of our skill points. Especially since they're adding more than just one skill to some guys.

I don't really care if we get any more buffs, being a slinger is pretty easily the most fun 2nd job I've played yet, can't wait for 3rd and 4th!

If they make us buy SP resets, they'll make a lot of money from the people who do buy them. However, a lot of other people will quit, and when news gets around, fewer people are going to start playing. Overall, I think they'd make about the same money if they gave us free SP resets as if they made us buy them, since they'll have more customers if we don't have to buy them. If they come to the same conclusion, they'll probably give us the resets in a desperate attempt to stop everyone hating them. Obviously, I can't read Nexon's minds, so this is just my best guess.

Stop trollin [/quote] It's not elitist to call him a bandwagoner, she's just calling it as it is...I mean...magatia used to be so peaceful, 3 or 4 slingers would live in harmony for the majority of 2nd job and all would be well and good...then the balance patch adds...what... double what the old damage was? I know that sounds great in theory, but in practise any gunslinger knows that before the patch we hit 500 + 500 for our double shots at lvl 60, clerics laughed at us -_-" So hitting 1000 + 1000 will just bring us on par with the rest of maple...but since very few people had slinger before the patch they all saw the doubled attack % and said WOOOOOOOO MAN I WANNA HIT 7K AT LVL 60 LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL and now magatia is filled with I'd say around 40 slingers on a good day, most of which were bandwagoners who rushed lvling to get the rings and spend hours begging for mesos because they thought bullets were cheap. Well ya...they were...BEFORE 50 OF YOU GUYS CAME! I mean...don't get me wrong, I'm cool with the whole patch thing but....god things might've actually been better for slingers before it came out...

My guess on this is that job skills will have their max levels decreased, ultimately allowing maxed new skills without sp resets.

[/quote] Twas a joke, but I think you're right, it's unlikely that they'll make us buy SP resets, but they're definitely going to look into plausible ways to get money out of us.
