Owl Tail Feather?

hi i was wondering if there is an owl tail feather event in gms right now( spadow said there was one in kms). if there is an owl feather how do you get it? and what does it do?

Owl feather comes from Seal Boxes which, like the Adventurer boxes, drops from monsters.

owl feathers come out of around 1 in 10 seal boxes which are somewhat rarer than adventurer boxes. you're not gonna get 100 or 60 or watever. hell, its a pain to get 5 xD

the feathers can be traded with cassandra for blade scrolls 10% costs 100 60% costs 75 and 100% costs 10

Explorer boxes drop more commonly than the sealed boxes.

[/quote] Once the time in the description is up, you can double click the feathers to get Scrolls and Blades. So Cassandra's trade quest is kinda pointless, don't waste your feathers by doing the quest.
