Help! patcher is stuck at creating base.wz

i alrdy tryed rebooting twice nothing seems to work thanks nexon

Delete maple completely and just redownload and install

Once it's stuck, run it from the website. The patch should finish.

Try downloading the old fashioned way. http://maplestory. nexon.net/Support/Downloads.aspx The small text under the Downloader saying something about the old fashioned way

download a new base.wz file clean for v86 note: just google for v86 clean maplestory wz files

1) Download the Manual Patcher. 2) Install manual patcher 3) If manual patcher lags on last step, open task manager and close all Maplestory processes 4) Restart Manual Patcher 5) Let it run (it should finish quickly)

I have the same problem - it gets stuck on Base.wz. I also tried restarting, redownloading maple (which screwed up?) and now I'm back where I started. I tried that thing said above witth closing all Maplestory processes and restartign the patcher but that didn't seem to work either. I've literally tried everything. I'm redownloading maple "the old-fashioned way" now. NOTHING WORKSSS!

Basically what you're saying is to end the program if it stops at Base.wz with Task Manager, then try again? It's failed several times for me. I'm going to try a clean re-download. Hoping it works.
