I'm sorry if making a thread about this is against the TOS but I'm just wondering, since I can still post and all but I get this message when I go to my BasilID. All I did was upload an image for my character and it got rejected, and then I got this message. And I was kind of on a non-suspension streak, so if I DID get suspended I'm gonna be sad. It means you can't submit a new avi into the system for at least 4hours. It's like the "Cancel an auction, you cannot auction for 4hours."

It's so you don't Spam the system. So, Your just suspended at adding a new player. This isn't really a REAL suspension like a BIG one, the BIG ones are where you can't comment and add new threads, those ones hurt =( Hurts you deep yo.

Yeah you should be fine. It's just, like they said, a "suspension" from trying to put up a new player pic. Not really a real suspension. If it was, you wouldn't be able to post at all. And I still see your medals. So you're fine.
