Best and easiest sound/music recorder?

Well after going around youtube for a while I racked up a bunch of songs that I love but either the uploader doesnt know the name of it or I cant even find it on google so I cant ever get the mp3. I decided to possibly just record it as the video is playing but is there any program that can reproduce the sound perfectly and is easy enough to use without all those buttons and tabs and knobs 0-0.

One of the best audio tools around is "Audigy"... it's free, and it looks "professional", if that's important. Great for editing audio, recording, converting, all that good stuff. Also, sites that don't look "glitzy" are usually run by programmers who offer good software at the best prices (like FREE). A "glitzy" site usually means a "glitzy" price on the products. If you don't trust the look of something, you should scan it with your regular anti-virus AND anti-spyware scanners before running it- ANYTHING you download for that matter. But a "pro" look doesn't necessarily mean "untrustworthy".
