I can't redownload MS

So, I decided to redownload MS because I was fed up with trying to fix the fail patch V.87. So I went to download it and basically it said it finished the download instintally and closed. I'm guessing it thinks I already have MS downloaded, but I fully uninstalled it. I tryed using the mirror sites, MMOsite didn't even exist 0_o and Fileplanet won't even start the download. I have no idea what is going on. Please help me!

when you click download it downloads the thing that will help, its faster to do it the "old fashion way", its the small print under the 1st download thing

.. i dont think u fully deleted and uninstalled ms before trying to re-d/l .. ive re-d/led it multiple times now and still cant get it to work .. nexon = fail =/
