About log out prize

I got my prize like 5days ago and it was a Maple Life Type A and it said I had to use it within 3days or something about 3days. But ever since then I can't log in because it says I'm still logged in. Most people said that my client sensed that I was logging out but the server didn't so it still thinks I'm logged in. SO, question is, whenever I can log back in, will I still have my prize?

Well i don't know about the logging out problem, you should send a ticket to nexon or something. If its been 5 days its most likely gone because the prize box said it WILL EXPIRE IN 3 DAYS so you probably won't get it . sry man (i haven't gotten one if that makes you feel better)

Well I guess I'll log a ticket and hopefully I can get a response soon. And @above I read that but wasn't thinking about it when I got it because I was happy and besides it was either Maple Life A or B or something useless.
