Why Do People Hate On Nexon?

personally i find nexon really nice and friendly. i find this because i recently got hacked and all info was changed (cept user/pass) so i logged a tik to nexon who replied in 2 days and told me that theyd send an activation link which i replied to telling them i no longer have access to that email account. so now they ask me which email i have access to and i tell them, (to make sure its the true owner, they asked me questions i used to sign up on (e.g when was this acc registered) so now im just w8ing for them to reply again. OT: on past threads ive been reading, it seems that some of you guys a'rent fans of nexon. Please elaborate

They hate on Nexon becuase they are spoiled people who throw fits whenever they dont get what they want.

They hate on Nexon because, unlike you, they take 3+ months to send an auto reply when they lost the account they wasted multiple days of their life on. In a nutshell, of course.

I think they should learn to like Nexon becuase if they didn't have Nexon, they would be alone in their Mom's basements screaming "I NEED SOMETHING TO DO AND HATE"

OT: People hate on Nexon because They take months to reply about problems (and a lot of times don't do a thing about what you ask for help with), Unjust Bannings ( I mean I think your company is failing when someone reports a hacker,KSer, harasser to you and you ban the one reporting) and the GMs don't do anything anymore whens the last time we had a GM event/invasion event.

I don't hate them. I just think their customer service could be improved. I'm fine with everything else.

They are a greedy company which lacks good customer service.

Things they could improve on: -Customer Service: (it takes around 1month+ for them to respond to your complaint Tickets). *TS, you're one of the lucky ones. -Abundance of Glitches on recent patches: (although they fix them, Nexon could test out every parts of the added content for bugs since it's most likely they are copying/pasting codes from KMS). -Moderating System: (Many are being falsely accused of using hacking programs and receiving bans.) -Putting more thought in making jobs: (Jobs like Dual Bladers could've been more "balanced" when first released. Some people made a Dual Blader for their outrageous damage so many of them are probably disappointed by the fact they are becoming heavily nerfed. If Nexon had balanced them beforehand, the feeling of disappointment wouldn't exist.) Think that's the biggest issue right now.

But since it is a free-to-play, they solely gain income by advertising and NX. So it means less employees they can hire, which means more responsibility per person. Many of us are just pointing out what they can improve on, it's different from hating them. But, yea there are those who fail to realize and just rant about "how Nexon fails."
