Those who did not recieve NX Prize Item!

I did not recieve my Kerning City VIP Hair Style Coupon, so I logged a ticket in Nexon Customer Support last night, explaining the dealeo and sent it in. And poof, this morning when I log in I find a VIP Hair Coupon in my Cash Shop. So Nexon fixed the problem! Hooray for Nexon! I suggest for those who did not get their prize to do the same. It might help. EDIT: To explain further: I did not recieve my item after 3 days, I didn't get anything. It's been almost a week since I got the message.

maybe u waited 3 days then sent a ticket to nexon. on the third day u got it? logging a ticket takes like a month

Well mine was a face coupon so I didnt think much of it, but I got it yesterday (5 or so days after I got the message). So yea waiting a bit longer might help.

Glad you got it but it's really weird cause I've already gotten 5 awards from 5 differnet accounts and I just logged off, logged in, waited for the mail thingy and got into the cash shop and got it. o:

It's kinda weird though, well that or both my brother and I are just a few of the lucky ones. Both of us received our gifts as soon as we re-logged into the game after we chose our prizes. The maple admin. then told me to come back in 3 days for another gift; which I did and scored a free 1 hour 2x exp coupon that I can use whenever I want (since it had no expiry date).
