Yes... you know that practically every MMO does something like that, right? The whole point is that if you play, you'll get a reward -- access to higher-leveled content. aren't you guys awestruck by how materialistic maplestory's gotten over the last couple of years? before, two years ago, there was hardly anything to help level 70s level up except really well scrolled weapons and other armor now, nexon's supporting this "I NEED TO LEVEL" mindset, now expanding the free market merchandise to meso bags, experience cards, and whatnot. it's an addiction that nexon is driving, causing you to waste your money and time on this game.

I'm aware I'm addicted, and I don't care. I get a sense of accomplishment from maple that I could not get easily elsewhere. As an above poster quoted, if an object is worked for, it has value.
