Okay i'm gonna make a character to lvl 50 get the ring. and then put it at the storage. after i put it at the storage i will log on to my main and get the ring. after i wore the ring in my main, i am going to delete my lvl 50 character. will i still keep my ring ?

It's most likely the same as Lilin's Rings, where if you delete the Aran while your ring is still on another character, the ring won't disappear. So I can practically guarantee that as long as the ring isn't on the character you're deleting, it won't go away.
