Cruel or Crit for DB?

I was planning on making a Dual Blader when it comes out July or something? And since the adventurer rings have come out but only last a month, there's no time to try both. So I need advice on the best ring to achieve the best damage with a Dual Blader. Cruel or Critical? Please vote below. Any further advice on Dual Bladers or rings would be very welcome and thanked for.

I'm assuming you mean the event only lasts one month. Cruel ring -> Classes without Critical skills Critical ring -> Classes with Critical skills. It's been calculated that the stacked crit is better for classes with passive critical. However, it's better for non-crit classes to have the 20% damage extra every 5%

But does the crits stack? So if you have a NL, would the 200% crit become 210% crit?
