I don't get how people say "I don't care about damage", why not go use a level 10 weapon at level 120+ and try training do you still not care about damage? Same goes to when your upgrading your equipments e.g getting a PAC, your raising your damage aren't you? Another example: someone offers you GODLY equipments will you refuse it because you don't want to be a "damage whore"? ./rant

its to a cetain degree, statless people obviously care about damage, some strless bowman was laughing at me because our damage was the same because he was 14 levels below me, i seriously dont care because it evens out at 4th job and why spend more if you don't have to?

When people say they don't care about damage doesn't necessarily mean it that way, some people like me don't give a sh-t who is top in the DPM charts. Sure I would like to see higher numbers, but as long as I can kill the monsters I train on i could care less.

You go it wrong... we say we don't care about dmg it means we don't care if other people can hit a bit more than others, or have perfect scrolled equips. AS LONG AS WE CAN KILL A MONSTER DECENTLY WE ARE FINE. Thats why dont include level 10 weapons >_>

It's common sense that at high levels, you need better damage and equips to train. Please refrain from trying to make a point; your examples fail as hard as this thread. gg.

I'm a PQ type of guy so as long as I can contribute to the team, then I'm good. Ex: In CPQ, room 5/6, I'd like to be able to kill Robos somewhat efficiently to help the team, correct? I do care about damage but not to a point of competition. And I do buy bow scrolls 60% mainly because they are really cheap compared to everything else and I dunno about you guys but I get a thrill when I scroll with a 60%.

"I don't care about my damage" means that you don't strive to have above-average damage for your level. If someone has 1.5x damage more than you at your level, you wouldn't go out and go "OH DAYUM I NEED THE SCROLLED CLAW ASDFGHJKL:".

I really do care about damage, I want to knock corsairs off their throne and out damage every other NL I see. I am the true definition of "Damage h0ar", but that doesn't mean I'm not a nice guy, I just view it as friendly competition. :P

what we mean , we dont care if someone level is able to hit 99k and another level 20 can hit only 200 i know my number is completly false and impossible but,when people say they dont care about dommage , its just mean if they see someone with same level/rank they wont try to outdamage him stuff like this

I don't care about if I should get a 14 atk wgs or not. I can live without it. If someone offers it to me, why not take it? If someone make you a deal and actually have the required amount of money for it.. Why not? Not like I will merch 24/7 just to go godly or spend an entire day in the fm looking for cheap scroll to scroll my bathrobe. I get what is easy to get, what is offered to me.

I personally wear equipment based solely on my subjective aesthetic judgement. For example, I wish for my final bow to be a Crimson Arclancer even though it required 5 STR more to wear than its level 100 counterpart, the Nisrock. While I will probably benefit more damage-wise by equipping the Nisrock, I still choose to have a higher base STR to wear the Arclancer because it's so much better looking than the Nisrock. Each to their own.
