How to get Sunbursts

Yeah, I was wondering how you get Sunbursts for the boss in Golden Temple. I hunted in the Goblin maps and I never found anything. Are they glitched? Or hard to find? Also, is Golden Temple permanent? or will it be gone in the next patch? Also, proof of Cruel Ring working if people were wondering. Here Are just A few I got This morning. Does anyone know the chance of an instant kill critical with Cruel ring? Because I hit one and missed the SS.

you just kill the goblins and it drops the sunburst tats how i got it

The Sunbursts have a pretty low drop rate, and drop only from the goblins. But it doesn't matter anyway, because the portal to get into Ravana is glitched, and won't recognize the Sunbursts in your inventory. D=

I got one from red Goblins on my first run. Wasnt that hard.

I got 3 in the first 7 mins from the Strong Red Goblins. But after that i didn't get a single one, maybe because i was busy talking on the phone... >.>

Yeah the drop rate is really random.
