How do you grind so long (solo)

Im just wondering, because listening to techno for 4 hours on 1x kinda does my head in and i end up having a headache and taking paracetomol. So what do you do to grind for so long?

I listen to SNSD <3 And go on MW2..Ragequit...Force myself to grind to pass the time..

I chat on xfire at the same time or alt+tab to firefox. Sometimes I watch TV at the same time.

Dont grind for 4 hours on 1x man... that would be nuts lol Grind on 2x card and trade 2x reps with peoples. Try and get someone to HS you or share your map with. Think about your goals like skills or w/e youre trying to get by grinding.

Play in windowed mode. I can get through entire shows from begining to end. So far, grinding on my bandit I have watched all of the episodes to about 5 different shows, each an every season.

I listen to things that make me laugh on youtube such as: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njRy_uxGXyI&feature=related Or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sir6znS_myc (annoying radio stuff at beginning.) Thats what I did the last few days. Otherwise.. I dunno. My addiction is more MTSing.
