Is it just me or galicia is glitched

| So l was pging for a friend then l lagged and dced.I went back to relog and clicked galicia then it wouldnt pop up so l pressed another world and they popped up...so l went on like 3 other account and had the same problem and when l click view charactor it didnt show my charactors in galicia is there somthing wrong |
