1.3bil to get to 120

Hello Basil. I recently sold my main account for 1.3bil mesos and I am now looking to raise a character from 1-120 with this money. Assuming that everything i buy has to come from this money, is it possible to leech a NL or Sair from 25-120 with 1.3bil in mesos (including 2x cards)? Cheers.

Yeah guys, i am not really interested in leeching my own character to 120. Too much work for someone who just wants to try a Sair/NL. Also, about the "doom of the mages," personally I am embracing this change as for me, spamming a single button is not very fun, which is partly why i am doing this swap in the first place. So this is certainly not an over reaction.
