do evans cost a lot?

just wondering cause i dont have a lot of mesos. will they still be strong even though i have normal equips?

im lvl 51 with barely any funding and i can hit 4k+ with flare. Im sure a lot of people do way higher then me but w/e im fine with my damage xD

pots arent really a problem for training tho, once u get 41+ you're mainly cpqing and thats 0 pot burn lol. but from around 35-40 i was training at cold eyes and spending roughly 500k on pots per training session. @above yeah if u dont get mg u can triple the pot cost o.o

mhmm to get mg past 5 u need nx. u also need nx for critical magic, magic booster, and magic mastery (i think)

You only need nx for magic guard, critical and booster (all 3 of those skills r important btw).

Actually, if you get magic guard you will INCREASE yor pot cost because magic guard doesn't get rid of any damage. It simply puts some of it into mp, which is more expensive (with the exception of certain NLC pots). OT: If you want to be a fairly strong Evan, you will NEED at least 500m for an elemental wand 1 or 5. You could settle for an e wand 2/6, but 15% damage is pretty huge and you'll be a lot weaker.

Even if you don't get the Magic Guard book, there are high level monsters that can one or 2 hit you, even with Lvl 5 Magic Guard on.

elemental wand 8 gives +25% lightning +10% ice damage. evans stop using lightning at level 50 and stop using ice breath (for damage) at 83. I don't think a level 130 evan would want -25% damage for all elements except the two he doesn't use.

i used maybe 100k from 1-30. from 30-35 i did quests and just used the rewards from quests. (like the sleepywood ones) then at lvl 36 you do shubanis legacy which gives you a gfa 60% which goes for around 8m at basil and that should take care of your immediate funding needs. btw dont get the lvl 33 overall if you can help it. you pay thru the nose to get it. after that hope that you get lucky and get enough money to get a ele wand 1/5
