Adventurer ring problem

I went on maple the day they came out but i had not made a NEW adventurer. the day after they came out i went on my level 26 and i did not get the ring quest my level 81 did. Does that mean he cannot get the ring? because he did not get the quest? i ALSO made a new character and still did not get the quest. does this mean i cannot get the ring? EDIT: its a new patch so is this an acceptable section?

you get it differently if you make a new one. you should have a quest from cassandra to get to level 30. theres one for level 40, and then the level 50 one gives you it

You get the quest to lvl up 30 times at lvl 50. You have to follow the quest chain from level 9( (if you're past level 9 you have to make a new char) to end up getting the ring at lvl 50.

If your level twenty six was createde before the patch, then you will recieve the ring quest at level 50, and recieve the ring at level 81.
