Thief build confusion?

I thought the thief build was 2 dex and 3 luk until level 40. Then 1 dex and 4 luk from then on. But the auto-assign suggest 1 dex and 4 luk at level 26? Which one should i follow?

if your going for normal DEX build, just folo the auto adjust,

i am going for normal dex build. but the auto adjust says 1 dex and 4 luk at level 26...i dont think thats right. shouldnt it be 2 dex 3 luk until level 40?

well atm what is the Dex of the character? EDIT: heres a simpler way to put it: (Lvl of Character X 2 = Dex required to wear equipment) <~ applies till lvl 50, then its (Lvl + 40 = DEX)

well my guy is level 26, with 50 dex. so should i always follow the auto adjust, or do i do it manually sometimes?

your choice, but for 26-28 u can do all luk and then 29 and 30 do 10dex so its double your level

For levels 1-40, your Dex should be twice your level. Once you reach level 41 and higher, your Dex should be 40 above your level.
