^^^ title explains it all. my Friend is trying to get rid of his account to make a new one. I once saw somewhere on nexon.net it said i could disclose the account. anyone help PLZ :D :P

It can deactivate by itself when it hasn't been logged on after a long while. If necessary, change the email address of the old account and use it for the new account. Much faster than logging a ticket and waiting for Nexon to delete it for you.
