What's with you, your nails, and manicures? I mean is that really the place you look when talking to someone? Lol I just can't wrap my head around it. "Oh hey Julie! Haven't seen you since last week!" "Hey Ashley! How has it be- GURL YOU NAILS R SO PURRTY"

I notice nails but I don't care much. I worked in horse barns for 16+ years. I have also never had a manicure and never plan to. I can't play guitar, swim, ride horses, camp and play with dangerous reptiles with pretty nails.

I never understood painting nails. As for manicures, why not clip them at home with a normal nail-clipper? I never understood manicures either. You pay for someone else to do that for you?

@Omegathorion- sometimes nails look nice in other colors. ); I think one of my most feminine aspects is that I like to paint my nails. It's like wearing eyeliner, putting on a bracelet, or wearing earrings. Something shallow and pretty some girls find joy in. XP

Girls work hard to get appreciated so I tell them all the time that they did a good job on there nails and hair. But sometimes when it looks bad I be honest and say "I think this style is different, why this style (or where u got this style)" (listen to them, if is not what I think it should be still) "Oh that is cool! I loved the ones you had (pick random day)"

Well, I go out to get my nails done like once every 4 months or something, and I use nail clippers too, it's just relaxing I guess. But don't hate on it until you've tried it. But when I'm in a conversation with another girl I pretty much notice that and comment on it ;x

i never usually look at people's nail UNLESS they're long and YELLOW & if they did their nails drastically (like those rainbow colored, sticking out kinda thing). manicures.. they dont only cut your nails, they cut off the dry skin & uneven-ness around and on it too O-o (not that i did it -whistles-)

I'm pretty much a tomboy. I don't care about my nails and little tiny details like that. But then again, some girls just want to look pretty. You can never stop a girl from doing that if they wanted to >.>
