Return of the Explorers event

It won't let me get the robe or the wand for the quest. I am an explorer. Is it set to where you can only get it when you are at the exact levels, or am I just being cut out of the quest? I started this character after the patch.

You have to start from level 1 and work your way up in order to get the items :X

I did do that, but I won't let me get any of them. Should I just start a new character again? -_-

you get items at lvl 10,20,30 the robe is at lvl 30 make sure you talk to cassandra every 10 levels, or you wont be able to complete the quest chain for the ring.

Did you do the quest before you advanced? If you don't start the first quest, you can't get the ones after it.
