just lved to 120 got 1 bliz and 2 MW would it be effecient to train at hime, using lightning and tele to mob them all together and spamming bliz at end then repeat? or train at harps > 2hko or gallops > 3hko havent tryed red wyverns

Not really sure about the himes method. EXP wise, 3hko Gallopera > 2hko harps still.
