holy cow my storage keeper doesn`t work again

Ever since i started maplestory my storage keeper has been slow to respond and it has even not responed sometimes, but this usually stopped in a day. Now i couldn`t use it for a week, any suggestions? ps i have waited for ten minutes, trust me it doesn't respond

if this is in Scania then this is normal because Scania is practically a mess filled with glitches

Indeed its my first time experiancing this its frustrating i got a free maple life n stored items i wanted to transfer + 120mill T_T no FM for me well at least the maple life is bugged if thats any type of consolation lol
