HELP! Please! D: MS wont start up!

When i patched at first, it woulded patch. I decided to just delete maplestory and re-download it. After i redownloaded and installed it, every time i go to the main page and click "Start Game" the usual (permission to access) thing pops up, but after i click yes nothing happens What do i do?

Err. I had a problem too. >< I downloaded the patch earlier today and when I tried to go back on later. It wouldn't let me and I had to re-patch, but the problem is the patch won't download correctly now.. Dubayoo.Tee.Eff. Man. :[
