stupid sunbursts questy thing

I was on for an hour today trying to get 5 sunbursts to fight the new boss. I GOT 0 IN MY HOUR OF TRAINING. is this a glitch or is it supposed to be impossibly rare?

I got 3 after an hour of hunting in 5 different rooms. Both Stone Goblin Rooms, Both Red Goblin Rooms, Non-Mirror Blue Goblin Room I got all of them within 10 minutes of entering the room. 1 from Mirror Stone Goblins, 1 from Regular Stone Goblins, 1 From Regular Blue Goblins.

I used the regular once a day ticket, recycled ticket, and then the premium pass All on 2x drop and using taunt
