How exactly does this event work?

I haven't played Maple in a while so I decided to come back and see what was new in this patch. I played a little while messing around with the Golden Temple and got tired and decided to call it a day. When I tried to log out I got a message telling me to pick one of three cash shop items : Maplestory Life B, Henesy Face Coupon VIP, VIP teleport rock. I picked one and got a message from the GM saying congratulations and to come back in 3 days to claim my prize. So, in 3 days do I come back and have the item in my inventory or something else?

how does this event work... i got it 2x and i picked something, it tells me come back in 3 days and kicks me off maple lol.
