Why wont Maple Story Start?

i recently moved my computer into my new room. I hooked everything up and then i was trying to get on maple. I signed in at nexons site and i clicked start game but nothing happened, even the game guard thing wont even pop up. Is anyone else having this problem? Also if you know how to fix this please help thanks!

Try launching from the old pop up screen, the one where you have to press "Start Game"

i have that same problem right now :/..... uhm what i'm doing is that im just redownloading the game:O

You go to splash screen by going C:/Nexon/Maplestory/Gamelauncher.exe or where ever you installed your maple, then just click start game

When i try to redownload the game, it gives me an error code -40 The instal fails at 22 or 26 items of 29 ---- 22 is 11l15.dll and 26 is map.wz

it just seems like there is always a problem with nexon after a new patch. I know its not easy to run such a large game like this, but after all these years youd think theyd get it right
