Critical or Cruel RING?

Hey basilers! So, I was wondering, which ring will be best for a non mage user. Cruel Ring or Adventurer Ring? Does it matter which job you are? I'm aiming for gunslinger and hermit/NL. So which ring is the better fit? Vote, comment which, and state the reason please.

If you have Critical, like Gunslinger or NL, then Critical ring. Cruel ring's better for those without their own base Critical skills. EDIT: The below posts about Cruel ring are WRONG. It has been calculated that Critical Ring is BETTER then Cruel if you have your own critical power. (Gunslingers, Bowman, NLs, Aran, etc.,etc..) For MM, BM, and NL, Critical Ring wins out by 6~26%.

No....Cruel ring for BM/MM or anyone who got SE, because Cruel is 5% with 20% damage and Critical is 10% with 10% damage
