Maple Life and Rings? Lvl 1-50?

If you buy a maple life that gives you a level 30 adventurer, is it still eligible for getting the level 1-50 ring quest. If not, why the hell are they on sale in Cash Shop?Is it yet another elaborate scam of Nexon to get unwary buyers =X

I have a 38lv cleric & I'm trying to lv to 40. If the Honorable medal is rewarded, it is likely to receive the ring at 50lv, that's what i think.
