Unable to connect to the login server?

I haven't been play Ems much recently (School exams) and after seeing the epic new event just in I want to try play again... but every time I start Ms and Hackshield loads it tell me Unable to Connect to the Login Server, I've tried starting Ms about 20 times now. Is this happening to anyone else? And does anyone know how I could fix the problem? Thank You!

Yeah, there are too many people logging in mules for the event. The server can't handle it. You'll have to wait for like 20-40mins till you can log in again.
