Sigh, NEXON has included another bug in MS. When trying to do Robin the Walking Encyclopedia, you have two choices at the first question. When you choose: "Yes, you can", or something like that, he says: "Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz! Wrong!" and gives an explenation why it's wrong. If you choose: "No, you can't", he says: "Please reconsider". Why, NEXON, why...?

Its possible to like a game but hate the way its being run. As the OP said, how does Nexon glitch/bug something they didn't need to edit for the new content? Nexon do this on a regular basis. What would you think if you took your car to a mechanic and when he changes your tires he breaks your engine? Yet this is the kind of thing Nexon does regularly. Such a shame as I was so impressed with them bringing back permanent items.
