Problem with cash shop prize

When I tried to log off I received a message that I could choose one cash shop item out of three. So I pressed one and then it logged me off, but after I logged back on I didn't receive my prize. Is this supposed to happen or do I just have to wait?

omg im soo noob, i had 3 options, 2 of them were pets that came with item pouch.. but i thought i would only last 3 days, so i chose hensys exp face coupon.. i know im stupid!
