NO, you do NOT get ring from leveling 49-50 (proof)

Ok, I posted in a thread a day or two ago saying I had a level 49 i/l and I would check if you could get the ring from going 49-50. The answer is no. As you can see I am level 49 right here and it's clearly after the patch because of that ridiculous smega friend finder spam. I level up to 50, get a quest that says level up 30 times but the quest icon above Cassandra is a closed book meaning the quest is done, but it is not completed. As you can see here . Gotta either go 1-50 or gain 30 levels from your current level. Good luck everyone, hope this helps.

How Long does the quest last? I mean how long do we have to get to 1-50 or 50-80 w/e

I think you mean 50-80, it won't give you the option of leveling up 30 times on an adventurer character that is below 50.

@ PhenixPyre and ChuckNastee My apologies, I got confused on the quest name. The name is "Explorer Level +30 challenge" and, with my dyslexia, read it as "Explorer Level 30+ challenge" >_< Sorry. I'll edit. @ Luysita Yes, you can transfer once on the account. When you get the quest it shows you all the rings and what they all do, it also states that you man xfer the ring once within the account, in the ring description.

wait...if you have a lvl 13 character do you have to get 30 more levels / get to 50 / or start all over?
