Question for the Lvl 50 Explorer's

So my highest explorer sine restarting is a lvl 41 pirate, and with the release of the patch and the ring i would like one for my gunslinger. However i went to the maple admin and Cassandra and they didn't offer a quest to obtain the ring. I then decided to make a new account on an ID that had space, the one with the gunslinger is full, and on the new account the momeny I made the account and got on to Maple Island the ring quest popped in my face and said every 10 lvls until lvl 50 I would recieve a reward. So the question is, Is there no lvl up 30 times quest to get the ring? or do I have to be lvl 50+ to have that quest available. Also I already ahve a lilen's ring 2, so should I even bother? I would have to delete my mule, I would delete my 42 gunslinger and make a 50 one, but I bought a zhelm for 30mil on him and can't transfer if I were to delete him, yes I'm poor so 30mil is alot to me. EDIT: The concensus is that any existing account 1-49 will have to reach lvl 80 and will not recieve any of the other rewards like the medal which is pretty decent.

And that SS specifically shows you, that you can get any ring if you level 30 times (if you are 50 and over, but under level 200). Basically for high levels like me, it's much more beneficial if I just make a new character. lol There is no way, I'll spend that much time ~

So what should I do, start a Pizard from 1-50 or a Bandit. Or continue my Lukless cleric from 44-80? I would play the Cleric no matter what happens after, but is it possible to do 44-80 at MP3 in a month?
