Which POKEMON would you pick?

Ok, so you've just gotten back from the shops with a brand new pokemon game! You boot your game and start playing when...you're asked to pick your starter pokemon! What do you go with? Are you a hardcore fire lover, and a more of a nature person? Or whatever just looks the best? I'm just curious what people think, and I'd also like to see whatever pokemon most people like. OT-I like the fire pokemon ;) Edit-Wow more people liking fire atm? I thought fire was the least popular option O.o

i always choose the water pokemon cuz they own plus they're always the cutest not that that matters

I personally dont like pokemon, I mean why would I need Pokemon when I could just get a gun and kill everything? OT: I would choose LUGIA, one of the only few pokemons I know of and its legendary so ya. BOOOM!
