MapleStory suddenly isn't working :(

When I try just to run MS, I get this: http://i776.photobucket.com/albums/yy50/Cyrus0/arg1.jpg When I try to patch MS, I get this: http://i776.photobucket.com/albums/yy50/Cyrus0/arg2.jpg And just like nexon.com recommended, I reinstalled MapleStory, and the client. So, exactly what the hell is going on? I'd like to see if anyone here can solve the problem, so I don't have to log a ticket. If there's anything you'd like me to clarify on, feel free to ask

First error: Go to Start >> Run >> Type in: dxidag >> Ok/Enter >> Display Provide with an SS of that window. Second error: Try going into your C:/Nexon/MapleStory folder, and delete all "8ah4qoug.$$" like folders that is in there, as well as any other folders that isn't HShield and try patching again.

Yeah it's broken for me too. On my computer, when I try running it from the site or the Game Launcher.exe It says check the installation directory. when I try on my Brothers computer, it opens the warrior guy, hack-shield ahnlab thing, then it closes and gives me the same error as your first one. as for patching, it says it isn't even installed, and i played fine this morning. So can anyone help him and I?

[/quote] 1: I heard you can only do that if you have Windows Vista, but either way, it doesn't work for me. 2: Found no files resembling the one you listed. So, if you have any other theories or ideas, I'm willing to try them, or if not, thanks anyways though.

Oh, crap. Sorry. I typed it out wrong. It's dxdiag (got the d and i mixed up before) And no, you should be able to do it on XP as well. So can you try that again?
