Do you have to lvl a NEW account to get the ring? My slinger is 31, can I lvl that up to 50 and get the ring?

i just checked on two different characters lvl: 39 and 70, and 70 tells you to lvl 30times to get the ring and 39 doesnt say, so it must be 50+=lvl30 times, and 1-50 for another new character. hope i helped

You don't get the quest until level 50, and you need to level up 30 times after that. so it kind of sucks for high levels. Luckily all my alternates are level 50.

153 for me. Characters who are under level 50, but over level 10 are in a rocky boat as they have to level to 30, then level 30 more additional levels.
