Explorer ring 1-50 or just to 50?

Do you guys know if you have to level a character 1 to 50 for the explorer rings or can I level my lv17 swordman to 50 and then get the ring? On the site it doesn't say anything about lv1-50: http://maplestory.nexon.net/News/Events.aspx?boardNo=200&contentNo=007yT&pageIndex=1 (Official Site)

No one knows for sure, just wait till' it actually happens, but its true the site doesn't say anything about getting anew character from 1-50

It Says "When your character reaches 50, go talk to Cassandra and you will receive a prizes from her."

they talk about making a new char to 50 or lvl any char above 50 for 30 levels.

KMS was new character 1-50 or 30 levels on your current character, but as above states ... for GMS we are not sure until tomorrow

Honestly, I think Nexon should just give every Explorer who has hit level 50+ the ring.

They don't say anything about lvling up 30 times from your level. I hope it's just getting to 50!

psh if nexon gave every over 50 a ring, how would they make money off of all of the 2x exp cards bought in this monthlong dash to get to lvl 50?
