Can't buy NX through PayPal

I was trying to buy NX on this day that we are living (lolwontletmeputnxtoday), and so I went and tried to purchase $5 to test my paypal. -Says this account has a paypal linked already- -Goes on mule- -buys $5- :D -Gets home from school- -orders it on main- -WONT WORK WTF- It says "This transaction has been determined as high risk causing the verification process to fail. Please ensure that your paypal billing information is correct and no methods are being used to misrepresent your billing location." My billing address doesn't match my IP because it's a gift card. I'm thinking "Okay, I'll take the gift cards and buy a Nexon Pre-Paid Card!" ......WAIT IT WORKED ON MY MULE AT SCHOOL WTTTTTTTTFFFFFF! F5 F5 F5 F5 Any ideas what's the problem?

Did you or anyone else, ever charge NX for your main using Paypal..? If so, THAT Paypal account is linked to it and any other Paypal account is blocked from it. They do that to try to keep people from using various stolen Paypal accounts, or people selling NX through their Paypal account, things like that. Apparently this is supposed to reset after a certain time period, but I don't know for sure how long that is. Some people say it's 30 days, some say 90. I've never seen anything official from Nexon about it, so I dunno. Your mule probably works because no one has ever used Paypal with it before.

its because based on your paypal history they limit you to what u can buy. if u havent bought nx before with the paypal account they think that maybe its not u buying it so they limit ur spending on things u havent done before
