hi i am mage ice lighting level 72 where should i train wind raiders?, i was at magatia pq but not many people there (i have like 465 matt)

Birks or Mp3 until 76. Unless you leech, these few hell levels may take a while.

Don't do windraiders, the spawn isn't that great for I/Ls. You'll be chasing around for them with thunderbolt. Above has suggested the good training spots.
