Starting a Gunslinger After Balance Patch!

I've thinking of starting a gunslinger after the balance patch. I will probably have around 500m fundings. I have a couple of questions before I decide to start this gunslinger. When exactly is the balance patch? and should I make a low-str slinger or just a regular slinger? and what attack wg should I get if I have around 500m fundings? and if I make a low-str what should I cap my str at?

10~14 atk wg maybe 15 atks are 550m+ in bera

@ top he's a ranger -.- lols j/k this is what you need, make a reg gunslinger -> a 10 att wg is around 110 mil so prob a 14 att one is good for that money Balance patch in 2 years from now :D

no stop the inflation of slinger stuff OT:10~12att wg,Z-helm,dex boots,good dex earrnings,PAC, go reg str and cap at 70~80 depending on your equips

500m funding and assuming you will have more in the future and plan on making it your main, then go low str. Low enough that you can equip your end game gun with str equips that you get "conveniently" (cant find a better word), such as z-helm, MoN and etc.
