I've never lagged so much, and at a worse time

So, I was almost at level 70 on my brawler. Level 69 and like, 96%. I've been relogging a lot the past hour due to lagging. Then I died, I'm down to like 85% or so... and my 2x card conveniently ran out not so long after. Is there anything I can do to lessen this lag? I have quality at it's lowest, I don't run any other programs when training, and I dunno what else to do.

Try downloading Game Booster or do a system Defrag.

If other people are using your connection, they could be youtubing and downloading something which can slow down the internet.
