Evan DPM question

Is Evan's DPM really lower than that of Archmages? Say at level 200 with equal equips. I don't see how this is, can someone post the calculations if it is? If this is true, then what do Evan's have better than Archmages?

Well. first of all, DPM training-wise is of course bishops and archmages because they have spammable ultimates. However, Evans do have a faster 1vs1 attack power than both bishops and archmages. =P. Basically, Evans can boss better.

Evans Beat I/L MINIMALLY without SE. Evans beat F/P and I/L with SE. Evans are not 'better bossers'. I/L and F/P have mob skills and better or comparable DPM to evans. Archmages are better bossers.

And Evans don't have mob skills? Seems like Evans are better bosses. The higher DPM with SE + the buffs

FW and blaze are mob skills which are very useful at bosses. what useful mob skills does a f/p has? Fire demon? Meteor at bosses o.O?

I think evans, like we got blaze :o which is just chain lightning but stronger xP. And i dunno f/p's paralyze doesn't seem that good :o. @Above, well yeah i've done a few bf's already. Took around 15 mins lol (need blaze f3)

When I did the math an Evan wins on 1v1 by 25% and 50% with SE. But that was before the BIMO patch. After, I think the F/P was about equal to the Evan on 1v1. But obviously that assumes a neutral target. An Evan takes advantage of an opponent's weakness to fire and never has to fear resistances. AMs are screwed when it comes to resistances to their Element. Not to mention, an Evan's attacks are pretty good at specializing at mobs of 1-6 (or 8 with earthquake), and not having a spammable ultimate doesnt hurt. AMs are kind of all over the place. @above: Evan's have a rush attack and BF is weak to fire. Its not all that hard. And I know thrust isnt suppose to work on bosses, but many Evans testify BF is an exception.

i wonder what nexon is calculating....i mean have you seen the little bar thingys? apparently evans and arans have the greatest potential, so effectively what is this potential that they speak of then

[/quote] I agreed with everything you said all the way till this point We pin BF by walking into a corner and quaking until the bf is pushed into its pin. then you simply tele back and Blaze (160+) or Killer Wings. Without SE and with simply lv2 Blaze and mw20, I can kill BF in 6-8 minutes. I havent met a f/p who can beat that time even with Max paralyze.
