Polearm or Spear. Which is faster?

I do not know if this is in the stickies, but if it happens to be no need to freak out at me. A simple link would be nice. So heres my problem: I am going hybrid. I was thinking of going polearm in the beginning. However, would ti be smarter to go Spear first or Polearm. My next question is: Which helps me train faster? THANK YOU BASIL.

I'm pure spear and it's working out really well for me. At level 50 I could solo almost 2k CP on Rombots in 3/4.

I think its pole arm untill level 70 and from there you switch to spear.

I'm going spear first. Polearm would be better but it's not that big of a difference until 3rd job.
