som funny out of nowhere maple facts? i got a few, the monster skeleton soldier appears to be wearing a brown skullcap and a wooden club. Maybe it was a who accidently died? emo slime doesn't do anything emo. it appears as if someone threw an ice cream cone at morphed blin. alishar's monster card description mentions that its a swimmer and it resembles a whale so that make a connection? in the manga of maple, dodo(the main character)'s first pet he finds Bebe is really a baby kargo even though she's white furred and resembles a cat. and the king block golems in lpq can be killed with a page with power guard whom put all his ap into hp

The eos and helios towers are named after greek gods At the ellinia dock the town names are in latin (so at orbis dock) Zakum is a mixture of many south american culture statues (mayan etc)

Zakum is based on the Muslim belief in Zaqqum, a tree said to grow in hell which provides the only fruit that the damned may eat. This is consistent with the Zakum of MapleStory, as a giant tree can be seen in the background when fighting it, and it must be summoned with a "seed". The boss is supposed to be the physical representation of this tree. got that from strategyy wiki.

Within Maplestory they mention several characters dead or dying, and yet a Bishop can't just go and resurrect/heal them. Within Maplestory we drink potions and take pills as well as eat many objects that look similar to strange candy, but they are foreign. This game is allowed to be played by 13 year olds. Any odd messages a 13 year old might get from their character drinking potions and popping pills? There is 1 NPC that makes reference to all of us being 2D.
