Adv, Rings , What bout them?

Hey guys, I just want to know a few things about those rings. Ok first : Are the rings permanent? Secondly:Are they transferable through your account? Also: Do I gotta lvl from 1-50 OR can i place mules at lvl 49 and lvl then once? Last but not least:Do they stack together? thnx a bunch peeps

okay, to answer your questions: 1.yes 2.transferable, but only once between account in KMS, so idk what GMS will do. 3.in KMS it was 1-50, but some think it'll be different in GMS cuz of the way they wrote how to get em. Idk but if you can get a bucha mules from 1-49 in the next 3 days, you might as well just wait anyways. 4.Did in KMS at first, but then there was a patch saying only 1 at a time. Idk honestly. @RockCaandy no, the level up 30 times thing is only for characters above level 50, and i'm pretty sure you can only get the cruel ring. --- GMS changes things, so i can't rly be 100% on these, but i'm pretty sure this is all correct.
