Depends on what level you'd like to level up to. If you want to be dexless and be level 120, that's impossible with 1bill funding, if you were to buy items at market price.

You could buy a decent scg I suppose. It's definitely enough to make one. Just not a godly one.. I suggest low dex with 1b.

If you want to be godly, then 1b won't get you there. But if you can settle for average (or below), then 1b could be decent, unless things are different in Bera.

14 LUK top, 4/4ish PAC, 53ish skanda, 14 attack gloves. You can probably get all of those with 1b.

Yes. You could easily fund a dexless sin with that amount of money... he doesn't have to be super duper godly, but 1b is more than enough.
