Best place to hunt for Indecipherable Book?

I was wondering, which is the best place to hunt for the book from Taurospears? I'm only 116 atm, and I'll most likely be hunting until 2hours before the event so I can go skeles with my friend. I can't go into that secret portal or w/e, so where should I hunt right now? Sanctuary 4 or 3? Thanks~

I would say sancruary 4 has a faster spawn of teurospears, im not 100% sure

u can do this : first kill the taurospears in sanctuary 3 then go to 4 and then u go back to 3 again etc.
